Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the European Union and selected international destinations.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation or payment receipt.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout or included in the customer quote.  
We partner with EU-based logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery varies based on supplier stock and shipping destination. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout.

5. Damages and Loss
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, notify us at **olamide@plb.ee** within 7 days of delivery.  
We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue or replace the item.

6. Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or wrongly supplied items. Requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
