We currently ship within the European Union and selected international destinations.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation or payment receipt.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout or included in the customer quote.  

4. Delivery Times
Delivery varies based on supplier stock and shipping destination. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout.

6. Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or wrongly supplied items. Requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
